After a tree fell on our roof in January, we were suddenly dealing with a stressful situation—but Dylan and his team were incredible to work with from the beginning. On the same day, Dylan helped coordinate the tree removal, arranged for temporary roof tarping, and even assisted in setting up mold mitigation inside our home.
Throughout the process, Riegler Contracting was extremely flexible and patient while working with our insurance company’s timeline, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving forward.
The final results speak for themselves. They installed a brand new roof and gutters, and everything looks polished and professionally done. The attention to detail and thorough cleanup afterward really stood out.
There was a small hiccup during installation when a cord was accidentally cut, but Dylan addressed it immediately and went out of his way to make it right, which we truly appreciated.

After getting several quotes for our home in Union, KY, we decided on Riegler Contracting, and so glad we did! From the start, our roofing consultant, Ryan went above and beyond. Explaining our options, recommendations, educating us on the process, and all the details- well before we had even selected them. From then, once a weather window opened up, they coordinated a date with us and started. The crew here was top notch! Crew leader Willie communicated with us, worked hard and took care of everything. I was a bit nervous because our roof had some tricky geometry and the process is messy. However, the roof looks absolutely perfect and the crew did such an incredible job cleaning up, I couldn’t even find a nail in my yard. Ryan followed up to ensure satisfaction. Overall, really impressed and very happy with how the roof process went and how the roof looks. Great job Riegler Contracting!

Joey and this company really stuck it out with me while I needed to get my roof fixed while selling my house. This company is trustworthy, patient, friendly, communicated very well, and got the job done in a timely manner.
