FREE INSPECTION

Our team of industry experts will evaluate the property to determine the extent of the damage. Should the roof be compromised, we will perform the necessary repairs to protect your property working towards full restoration.

DETERMINE NEXT STEPS

Once we have a good understanding of the damage, we will help you decide if you should file an insurance claim to get your property restored. If the damage warrants an insurance claim, we’ll go to the next steps of Policy Review. If not, we’ll skip to the Cost Estimate step.

POLICY REVIEW (ACV vs. RCV)

Check your homeowner's insurance policy to understand your coverage and any specific requirements for filing a claim. In this step, we’ll identify whether your policy is an Actual Cash Value (ACV) or Replacement Cash Value (RCV). This information is necessary for us to calculate your total out-of-pocket expenses.

FILE A CLAIM

Submit the necessary forms and documentation to your insurance company. You’ll file an insurance claim by doing one of the following:

  • Contacting your agent.

  • Calling customer service.

  • Submitting your claim information online.

CLAIM SUPPORT

Upon signing our Service Agreement, RC will provide emergency tarping, adjuster meeting support, and review of the estimate provided by insurance company for accuracy or the need for estimate adjustment (supplements). Once the insurance approves the claim, we’ll move to the Installation step.

COST ESTIMATE

We will measure your property, determine your preferred materials, and provide a detailed cost estimate for your project. We ensure you fully understand the scope of the work and address all your questions. Upon your approval of the estimate, we will proceed to the Installation step.

INSTALLATION

  • Product Delivery: The materials for your new roof or siding will be delivered to your home a few days before installation begins.

  • Installation: Our team will install your new roof or siding. While this process is inherently loud and intrusive, we strive to minimize disruptions as much as possible.

  • Final Walkthrough: We conduct a comprehensive inspection of the installation and cleanup to ensure everything meets our high standards. We perform a “triple magnetic sweep” to ensure all loose nails are collected.

PREMIUM WARRANTY

We offer comprehensive warranties that cover both labor and materials. This ensures that your investment is protected against defects and workmanship issues. Our labor warranty guarantees the quality of our installation services, while our materials warranty covers any potential defects in the roofing products used. Together, these warranties provide you with peace of mind and long-term protection for your roof.
